What the beta can do

Sign in, set up a workspace, invite someone into it, and keep clients and enquiries with a clear next step for each. Text size, higher contrast, reduced motion and simplified controls are in More → Accessibility.

What it cannot do yet

Quotes, contracts, invoices and payments

Not built. The Projects and Money areas are placeholders, not broken features.

Open sign-ups

The beta runs on a test environment whose email provider only delivers to the project's own team, so creating an account from the sign-up screen will not receive its confirmation email. Beta testers are given an account directly.

Password reset by email

Same reason. If you are a beta tester and are locked out, email support and it will be reset for you.

Your data

You can take a copy of everything your account can reach from More → Account → Export my data, and you can remove your account and its data yourself — see deleting your account. What is collected and how long it is kept is set out in the privacy notice.

Reporting something that looks wrong

If you find a way to see data that is not yours, or anything else that looks like a security problem, please email [email protected] with what you did and what you saw, and please do not test it further against other people's accounts.
